Key Responsibilities
Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per the planned schedule
Conduct seminars, workshops, and student awareness programs
Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners
Collect accurate student/parent data and update it in the CRM system
Support offline marketing activities such as posters, brochures, and standees
Build and manage local agent networks and referral channels
Generate high-quality leads through field visits and community engagement
Participate in expos, fairs, campus events, and public outreach programs
Identify partnership opportunities with institutions and local businesses
Track event performance and support lead conversion efforts
Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-up
Promote walk-ins to learning centers through targeted on-ground activities
Maintain detailed logs of visits, events, and daily field tasks
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
Assist internal teams during outreach campaigns and promotional events
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in sales, field operations, or BTL marketing
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Ability to independently manage travel, events, and field activities
Comfortable with extensive travel and meeting monthly targets
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
Self-introduction video submission is mandatory
