Visit schools, colleges, and learning centers across Kerala as per daily/weekly schedules.
Conduct seminars, workshops, student interactions, and awareness programs.
Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, faculty, and community partners.
Collect, verify, and update student and parent data accurately in the CRM.
Support offline marketing activities including posters, brochures, standees, and event setups.
Develop and manage community networks, referral partners, and local contact points.
Generate quality leads through events, outreach activities, and field initiatives.
Participate in education expos, campus fairs, and public engagement programs.
Identify new partnership opportunities with institutions and local organizations.
Track outreach results and suggest improvements for better effectiveness.
Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-ups.
Drive walk-ins and inquiries to centers through well-planned field engagement.
Maintain organized daily logs of visits, leads, and field tasks.
Share daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or offline/BTL marketing.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
Ability to manage travel, events, and external engagements independently.
Willingness to travel extensively and meet monthly activity targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
