Job Description

A Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for empowering sales teams with the right tools, resources, training, and content to improve sales performance and drive business growth. The role serves as a bridge between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales content such as presentations, case studies, white papers, sales guides, and product collateral. Deliver onboarding and ongoing training, including the creation of e-learning modules and interactive tutorials for sales teams. Implement and support sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and content repositories; provide technical training and support for these tools. Analyze sales data, track enablement metrics (e.g., onboarding ramp time, training attendance), and refine strategies to optimize sales processe. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging, content, and sales strategies. Develop and maintain dynamic sales playbooks and maintain content accessibility for the sales organization. Support demand generation initiatives, contribute to campaign creation, and customize regional enablement programs as needed.

Pay: ₹10,284.19 - ₹41,708.55 per month
