The Sales Enablement Executive plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction. This role involves supporting the sales team with pricing, product selection, planning, and coordination across vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy in every project.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and organized -- someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of the process from quotation to final delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesWinning
Support the sales team in building winning proposals through accurate costing, creative product options, and competitive pricing.
Share insights on trending products and relevant options for client briefs.
Ensure the sales team is equipped with updated product decks and case studies.
Price / Product
Source and compare product options and pricing from approved vendors.
Negotiate best pricing while maintaining quality and margin standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, materials, and decoration methods.
Planning
Assist in building timelines for each order, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on delivery schedules.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams for project execution.
Track key milestones and follow up proactively to avoid delays.
Decoration
Coordinate artwork approvals and decoration details with internal design and vendor teams.
Ensure all decoration specs (print, embroidery, engraving, etc.) are accurately communicated and executed.
Movement of Goods
Track shipments and ensure goods move as per plan.
Work closely with logistics partners and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery to the client.
Buying Location
Identify the optimal buying location based on vendor capability, delivery timelines, and cost.
Support vendor allocation decisions for each project.
PI (Proforma Invoice)
Obtain PI from vendors accurately and on time.
Review and verify PIs against sales orders for correctness before approvals.
QC - Error & Fixing
Conduct basic quality checks against specifications before dispatch.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues or rework when necessary.
Maintain a record of QC feedback for process improvement.
Samples
Coordinate sample requests, approvals, and dispatches.
Track sample costs and timelines, ensuring sales and client expectations are met.
Sales Enablement (SE)
Maintain documentation and trackers for all ongoing orders and vendor interactions.
Support reporting on win rates, costing accuracy, and execution efficiency.
Continuously look for process improvements and contribute to building a stronger enablement system.

Education & Experience
Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, procurement, or operations (preferably in the promotional products or gifting industry)
