Job Description

The Sales Enablement Designer is a key creative member of Snipp's Solutions organization. This role translates complex solutions, workflows, and marketing programs into clear, engaging, and visually compelling assets that improve client understanding and strengthen Snipp's commercial storytelling.
Reporting to the VP of Sales Enablement, this person partners closely with the Solutions Specialist, Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure every client-facing presentation, diagram, and mockup reflects Snipp's brand identity and communicates value with clarity and impact. This role sits at the intersection of visual storytelling, brand design, and presales strategy--helping Snipp "show well" during pitches, RFPs, finalist meetings, and executive-level presentations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visual Storytelling & Layout Design
  • Create visually compelling layouts for product sheets, pitch decks, RFP presentations, and conceptual program mockups.
  • Design clean, modern visuals that simplify complex ideas (user journeys, redemption flows, UX patterns, technical concepts).
  • Collaboration Across Sales Enablement & UX.
  • Partner with the Solutions Specialist to align visual design with narrative strategy.
  • Work closely with UX to ensure wireframes, flows, and prototypes are represented accurately in presales materials.
  • Support the Sales Engineer by visualizing technical concepts when appropriate.
  • Creative Asset Development & Management
  • Build and maintain a shared creative asset library (icons, mockups, diagrams, templates).
  • Standardize frameworks and templates to enable fast, repeatable, and high-quality sales materials.
  • Maintain and evolve Snipp's visual design system for sales and presales content.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration
  • Support marketing campaigns, event collateral, and social content where needed.
  • Ensure visual consistency across presentations, demos, proposals, and content libraries.
  • Provide hands-on creative direction for high-stakes client materials.
  • Quality, Brand Consistency & Execution
  • Uphold a high bar for clarity, polish, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
  • Refresh outdated materials to meet Snipp's updated brand and design standards.
  • Ensure every asset reflects Snipp's professional, modern aesthetic.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-7 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or presentation design.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (must be excellent), plus familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to translate conceptual ideas and technical workflows into clear visual diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for layout, typography, and information hierarchy.
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, or product teams.
  • A portfolio link or design samples must be provided with the application. Candidates without work samples will not be considered.
  • Must be available to work aligned to East Coast (ET) business hours.
  • Proficiency in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in martech, adtech, retail media, CPG, loyalty, or digital promotions.
  • Experience working with UX teams or understanding basic UX principles.
  • Experience designing for enterprise B2B sales motions.
  • Bonus: Agency experience or background in fast-paced environments serving multiple clients is a plus.
Benefits
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
  • Full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, India. Requires some overlap with North American time zones (PST/EST) for meetings and on-call support.
