Sales Eecutive Channel Onboarding

Job Description

Identify and approach potential real estate agents, brokers, and channel partners in assigned areas.

Register dealers and agents on the platform and assist them with profile setup.

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with onboarded partners.

Conduct field visits to meet agents and promote platform engagement.

Collect required documents and ensure KYC verification of dealers/agents.

Track onboarding numbers and meet weekly/monthly targets.

Provide feedback from agents to improve platform features and user experience.

Represent company in local market events, agent gatherings, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0-3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or channel partner onboarding.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Good understanding of real estate market and agents network (preferred).

Ability to meet targets and work independently.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and digital onboarding processes.

Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
