Role Overview:
The Regional Business Head - Games will be responsible for driving sales, distribution,
and regional business performance. The role requires a result-oriented leader with experience managing multi state regions, leading regional
sales teams, and implementing scalable sales processes. The ideal candidate
combines strategic thinking, strong operational discipline, and a process-driven
approach to expand the brand's footprint in learning and educational games category.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Leadership: Manage and grow sales operations across a multi-state
region; achieve revenue and growth targets.
Sales & Distribution Management: Build and strengthen distributor, retail, and
institutional networks across modern trade, toy stores, bookstores, and educational
outlets.
Process Implementation: Establish structured sales processes, reporting
mechanisms, and performance tracking systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard new distribution partners; optimize
channel profitability and reach.
Institutional Sales: Develop partnerships with schools, learning centers, and
educational institutions for product sales.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and drive performance within the regional
sales team through clear KPIs and structured reviews.
Business Planning: Translate national sales goals into actionable regional
plans; ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Market Intelligence: Monitor regional trends, consumer behavior, and
competition to refine sales strategy and execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and
operations teams to ensure smooth market rollouts and consistent brand
communication.
Desired Profile:
Experience: 8-10 years in sales and distribution, preferably within toys, games

Stationery, FMCG, or edutainment sectors.
Must have handled multi-state regions in a managerial or head-level capacity.
Education: Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven expertise in regional sales/ multi state management, channel
development, and distributor handling.
Strong process orientation with experience in implementing structured systems
and SOPs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-driven, analytical, entrepreneurial, and passionate about children's
learning, STEM education, and sustainable development.
