Manager
who is committed toDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. To build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibility is to sell Villas, Apartments & Plots in Bangalore.
Generate Leads:
Use various channels - cold calling, networking events, and social media to prospect and generate leads.
Coordinate Site visits:
Schedule and conduct site visits & Provide clients with relevant information and guidance throughout the selling process.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with housing laws, regulations and company policies when conducting property deals.
Coordination -
Ensure seamless collaborationwith the
CRM
team to support on post sales processes.
Education - Graduate /Post Gradates
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Age -
25 to 30 years
Experience -
2 - 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably from Insurance, Telecom or Real Estate industry.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property valuation
Familiarity with digital marketing techniques for property promotion
