We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Educational Counsellor with prior experience in the EdTech sector. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents about our educational programs, handling inquiries, and driving conversions through consultative sales. Proficiency in any South Indian language is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on educational programs and career pathways.
Convert leads into enrollments through consultative sales techniques.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure closure.
Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for better student engagement.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
1-4 years of sales experience, preferably in
EdTech/Education counselling
.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in English and any South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam)
.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Good interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
