We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Executive to drive growth for our EdTech solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional or enterprise sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for transforming education through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and acquire new institutional clients (schools, colleges, corporates).
Present and demonstrate EdTech products to decision-makers.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
2-5 years of B2B sales experience (EdTech domain preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of institutional decision-making cycles.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
