Job Summary:
We are hiring a
Sales & E-Commerce Executive
with experience in dental or healthcare product sales and a solid understanding of e-commerce operations. The role involves managing online listings, driving sales across platforms like
Amazon
,
Dentalkart, Tata1Mg, Netmeds
and building relationships with dental clinics and B2B clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on various dental product e commerce portals
Create engaging product content (titles, descriptions, images) with keyword optimization.
Monitor inventory, orders, returns, and customer service issues on online platforms.
Handle inquiries and sales from dental clinics, retailers, and distributors (B2B).
Plan and execute online promotions, digital ads, and sales campaigns.
Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or healthcare/dental product sales.
Proficient in Dental E Commerce websites
Knowledge of SEO, online marketing tools, and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Excel).
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Interest in the dental or healthcare field is preferred.
