The Sales Dispatch Executive is responsible for timely and accurate dispatch of sales orders, coordination with sales teams, transporters, stores, and accounts, and maintaining proper dispatch documentation and records to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Receive and process sales orders from sales team, distributors, or customers
Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents
Coordinate with sales team for order priority and dispatch planning
Maintain customer sales records and order status updates
