Key responsibilities

-

1. Include managing dispatch schedules.
2.Coordinating with tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries,
3.Handling sales lead generation, client communication, and deal negotiation.
4.The role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to balance revenue growth with efficient logistics and supply chain management.

Sales duties -

Generate leads and identify new prospects Build and maintain relationships with clients Negotiate and close deals Generate daily sales reports

Dispatch duties -

Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules for vehicles and drivers Optimize delivery routes for cost and time efficiency Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues Coordinate with warehouse staff for loading and unloading Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation, such as invoices and challans Address customer queries related to delivery

Required skills and qualifications -

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Excel and Tally software. Problem-solving skills to handle logistics and delivery issues Experience in logistics and/or sales is often preferred A bachelor's degree may be beneficial for some roles
