Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven

Sales Director

to lead our real estate sales division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy, building a high-performing team, and delivering consistent business results.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to align sales efforts with business goals Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for top management Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize sales efficiency and client satisfaction Represent the company at key industry events, meetings, and presentations

Qualifications and Skills:



Minimum

5 years of experience

in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics (residential/commercial) Strong leadership, team-building, and strategic planning skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and MS Office Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Experience managing large sales teams and multi-location operations Real estate license/certification (if applicable)
