Role Overview



As the

Director of Sales

, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence across international markets. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will manage sales operations, lead enterprise client engagements, and drive execution across IT services, staffing, and digital solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Execution & Revenue Growth



Execute regional sales plans focused on software development, IT consulting, and AI solutions. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across assigned markets. Manage sales funnel and optimize conversion across inbound/outbound channels. Analyze performance metrics such as lead-to-close ratio, CPL, and CAC.

Business Development



Identify and engage decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, VPs of IT) at enterprise and mid-market companies. Drive end-to-end sales cycles--from prospecting to proposal to closing. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals. Pitch and position custom IT services, product development, and staffing solutions.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration



Work closely with BDMs, SDRs, and account managers to improve pipeline quality and deal velocity. Align closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure smooth project handoffs. Report sales metrics, forecasts, and strategic insights to VP of Sales and leadership.

Market Expansion



Support strategic growth initiatives across North America and the UK. Build partnerships with technology vendors, channel partners, and consultants. Monitor trends in AI, the Metaverse, cybersecurity, and digital transformation to shape offerings.

Requirements



6+ years of experience in B2B tech or IT services sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role. Proven ability to close enterprise deals ($250K+), especially in custom software, AI, or staffing. Deep understanding of consultative sales, long enterprise sales cycles, and IT solution selling. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools. Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with US, UK, or Canadian clients preferred.
