This multi-billion-dollar project represents a prime opportunity for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and high-value real estate acquisition, particularly for investors and corporate entities. We are focused on penetrating the local market to attract corporate tenants, high-net-worth investors, and second-home buyers.
Role Summary
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Sales Director to spearhead the commercial strategy and execution of real estate sales within the local market in India. The Director will be based remotely in India (Bengaluru preferred, with a view to transitioning to a hybrid model upon office setup) and is responsible for driving the entire sales cycle--from lead generation and engagement to deal closure--for the project's premium commercial, residential, and investment plots. This role is accountable for achieving significant sales targets derived from the local investor and corporate base.
