What we're looking for?
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Director to drive sales - both customer signups and revenues. This is a field sales role (not remote), involving significant interaction with international clients, particularly in the US market.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a strong ability to build relationships with prospects and customers, and a proven record of closing high-value deals. This position also includes periodic travel to the US for client meetings, prospecting, and participation in industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales activities - from prospecting, qualification, and proposal development to negotiation and closure
Lead customer acquisition efforts primarily in the US market, ensuring consistent growth in new logos and revenue.
Identify and engage with promising prospects through networking, events, referrals, and social channels.
Manage and mentor a team of inside sales professionals, guiding their goals, performance, and career growth.
Collaborate with internal teams - including marketing, engineering, and finance - to ensure seamless sales operations.
Track and analyze sales metrics, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and performance-focused.
Represent Talentica at international industry events, fostering relationships and building the brand presence.
Maintain detailed records of opportunities, pipeline health, and sales performance using CRM tools.
