We are looking for a Sales & Digital Operations Executive to manage lead tracking, online presence, and customer communications. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both digital and customer-facing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, track, and follow up on leads received through various channels (calls, WhatsApp, website, India Mart, social media, etc.)
Maintain an Excel sheet with lead details, status updates, and follow-up actions
Share daily reports with the Manager on lead progress and activities
Communicate with customers via phone and WhatsApp to share details and gather requirements
Coordinate regularly with the Manager for updates, approvals, and task execution
Manage and update the company's digital presence, including: Website, Google Business Profile, Indiamart, WhatsApp Business, Instagram & Facebook pages
Add and manage product listings on WhatsApp Business and other online platform
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Email)
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or digital marketing is an added advantage
