Key Responsibilities



Digital Marketing & Content



Assist in planning and executing

SEO strategies

and

Google Ads campaigns

. Help manage

social media platforms

, content calendars, and engagement initiatives. Contribute to creating blogs, social posts, and email campaigns. Monitor analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance.

Sales & Business Development



Support

lead generation

through LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, cold calling, and other creative strategies. Conduct

market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling

. Assist in preparing

pitch decks, client proposals, and sales enablement materials

. Manage CRM tools and help track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activities. Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person), take notes, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Strategic Growth



Identify potential partnerships, distribution channels, and new business opportunities. Collaborate with the leadership team to brainstorm, test, and refine

go-to-market strategies

digital marketing trends and tools

Who You Are



Strong interest in

sales, marketing, and digital marketing

. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or related field. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup. Comfortable with tools like Canva, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and Google Workspace (preferred but not mandatory).
