Position Overview:We're looking for a driven and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our growing India team. In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with CXOs to solve real business challenges, we'd love to meet you.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and connect with VP/Head of Sales using inside sales strategies and warm contacts- Initiate outreach through cold calls and emails to generate qualified leads- Conduct high-level conversations with CXOs to understand the business needs- Follow up with precision and consistency to drive conversions- Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects- Develop a deep understanding of the product offerings to deliver compelling pitches- Consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets- Use tools like LinkedIn to identify the right PoC, from the given database of mid to large companiesQualifications & Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise client acquisition- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi- Bachelor's degree required (Preferred: B.Tech, B.E., BCA, BSc Electronics)- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and close dealsWhat We Offer:- Competitive base salary with attractive performance-based incentives- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)- Fixed working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM- Opportunity to work in a high-growth, tech-driven environment (ref:updazz.com)
