We have an urgent Opening for Sales Development Representation Roles & Responsibilities:- Spearhead enterprise lead generation and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.- Prospect, qualify, and engage high-value decision-makers via multi- channel outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, events).- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of messaging and go-to-market strategy.- Identify new business opportunities and support upsell/cross-sell initiatives.- Contribute to designing and improving the SDR process to enable scalable operations.- Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM and deliver regular reports on pipeline progress.- Self-motivated, street-smart, and proactive in identifying opportunities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability.- Hands-on experience in B2B corporate sales development (preferably BFSI, Fintech, SaaS).- Exposure to enterprise/startup/large account environments (beyond SMB/retail sales).- Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level or senior decision-makers.- Strong product understanding with the ability to participate in product-related discussions.- Demonstrated success in generating or supporting high-value deal pipelines.- Excellent communication, articulation, and executive presence.- Exposure to consultative/solution selling approaches. - First preference immediate Joine (ref:updazz.com)
