About the role:
We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, market research, and high-volume
outreach through calls.
Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and new opportunities
? Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
? Prospect and build a strong pipeline for the sales team
? Reach out to prospects, explain offerings, and nurture initial conversations
? Maintain accurate and updated lead/prospect data in CRM tools
? Collaborate with sales team members to convert leads into opportunities
? Continuously learn about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Qualifications & Skills:
? 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, prospecting, or tele calling (B2C or
B2B acceptable)
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work with persistence
? Discipline, cultural fit, and willingness to learn
? Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
? Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejections positively

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
