About the Role:





Snapscale is hiring a

Sales Development Representative (Human Virtual Assistant)

to support our U.S. client in driving sponsorship sales.


You'll help identify decision-makers, send personalized outreach emails, and book qualified meetings for senior sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities



Research and find sponsor contacts using

LeadIQ

and

ZoomInfo

Send

personalized outreach emails

through

HubSpot

or

Mailchimp

Schedule

3-4 qualified sponsor meetings per month

Maintain accurate CRM data and submit daily activity reports Attend weekly sales meetings (Monday, 11:00 a.m. ET) Make pre-event calls to confirm sponsor participation



Requirements:
