We are looking for a results-driven and experienced

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

with

4-5 years of proven experience in full-cycle IT sales

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the

end-to-end sales process

in the

US market

, from generating leads to closing deals, specifically in

SaaS, DaaS, Mobile Application Development, and IT services

.

?25,000 - ?60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, identify, and qualify new business opportunities in the

US market

through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Conduct needs assessments and present IT service offerings (SaaS, DaaS, mobile applications, app development) tailored to client requirements. Manage the

complete sales cycle

: prospecting, lead nurturing, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently. Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM tools and prepare regular reports. Stay updated on market dynamics, competition, and industry trends in the US market.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 4-5 years of experience in

end-to-end IT sales

with exposure to the

US market

. Strong background in selling

SaaS, DaaS, Mobile Apps, and App Development services

. Proven ability to

generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals

independently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with

fluency in English (verbal & written)

. Strong presentation, persuasion, and relationship management skills. Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with

US time zones
