Key Responsibilities
:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and prospect potential customers through
outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and inbound leads
Research accounts and stakeholders to understand business needs and communication challenges
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with target segments and industries
Lead Qualification & Discovery
Qualify leads based on
ICP, use cases, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer requirements
