Title: Sales Development Representative(SDR)

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage with prospective customers.
Build interest and excitement in our product, effectively positioning its value to prospects.
Qualify leads and set up product demos for the sales team.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into closed deals.
Consistently track activities, leads, and progress in CRM tools.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
Provide feedback from the field to marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or similar role (preferably in a startup/SaaS environment).
Proven record of driving growth and achieving lead-generation or revenue targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
Comfortable using sales tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
