Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify new business leads through outbound and inbound channels.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking lead progress and conversion metrics.
Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to communicate Yoroflow's value.
Collaborate with
digital marketing
to improve
inbound lead quality
and campaign effectiveness.
Support product demos and ensure prospects understand key features and ROI.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity.
Mentor junior SDRs and contribute to improving sales workflows and tools.
Qualifications
6+ years
in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar SaaS sales roles.
Proven success in achieving or exceeding
sales and pipeline targets.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills.
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Salesforce, Yoroflow CRM, etc.).
Knowledge of
sales methodologies
, digital marketing alignment, and pipeline management.
Proactive, analytical, and target-driven
with strong teamwork skills.
