We are seeking motivated
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
to join our sales team. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are eager to kickstart their career in sales and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking.
Initiate conversations with potential clients (B2B & B2C) and qualify opportunities.
Present company services clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales managers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Maintain CRM records of leads and prospects.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales development targets.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates (0-3 years).
Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently engage with prospects and explain services.
Knowledge of sales development, lead generation, and client acquisition is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint / Google Slides is an advantage.
Any graduate (any stream).
