We are looking for a motivated and results-driven SDR to join our dynamic sales team. As an Sales Specialist you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating outreach, and generating opportunities for the sales team to close. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, eager to grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, databases, etc.).
Outbound Outreach: Initiate cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with prospects and qualify leads.
Qualifying Leads: Assess prospects' needs, budget, and buying timeline to determine their fit for our products/services.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads for further engagement and conversion.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate the value proposition.
Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, appointments booked, and qualified leads generated.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer support, or similar client-facing role.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong ability to build rapport over the phone and through email.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email tracking tools, and social media platforms for lead generation.
Problem-Solving Ability: A keen ability to identify prospects' pain points and effectively communicate solutions.
Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-performance environment.
Team Player: Comfortable working within a collaborative team setting, contributing ideas, and learning from peers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales or SaaS (Software as a Service) sales is a plus.
Familiarity with sales outreach tools (e.g., Outreach, Sales loft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Previous experience with cold calling or outbound prospecting.
