Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote surgical products (gloves) in hospitals, engage with key opinion surgeons and healthcare professionals to achieve sales targets.

Identify potential new business expansion areas (new hospitals) and ways to penetrate these markets.

Research on industries who use gloves, gather relevant information on the point of contact who can authorize new deals & purchases, engage with them and present product portfolios which should translate to new contracts.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (any stream); MBA is a plus

but not mandatory

Mandatory to possess experience in Surgical Marketing field (1-2 years).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior surgeons, self-motivated and confident in a target-driven environment. Strong persuasive, problem-solving abilities & flair for selling. Willingness to work 6 days a week.
Location - Chennai, Nellore, Tirupati, Hyderabad & Coimbatore (In Person)

Employment Mode: Full-time

Work timing: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. IST

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: 25-30k per month (negotiable based on relevant experience)

Start Date: 01st Jun 2025

Language: Should be fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu (Hindi & Telugu must for work locations in Andhra/Telangana)

IMPORTANT NOTE: As this job involves travelling, candidate must be willing & should have means (bike) to commute (travel allowance will be provided).
