Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team for Homie by MeraTutor.ai. You will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound leads, engaging with prospects, and scheduling product demos with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and respond to incoming leads via phone, email, and other channels. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure they are a good fit for our product Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Schedule and coordinate product demo meetings between prospects and our sales/product team. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to help refine lead generation efforts.

Key Skills & Qualifications



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment scheduling software is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
