We are seeking a proactive and communicative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and qualify prospects for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation, possess excellent English communication skills, and be adept at using LinkedIn for outreach. A bachelor's degree is required. Proficiency in CRM tools is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospects.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Proficiency in LinkedIn messaging.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with sales tools and technology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
