Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our fast-growing team. As an SDR at Volody, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating outbound communications, and setting up meetings for our sales team. You will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our customer base globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research ideal prospects using tools like LinkedIn, CRM, and industry databases
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media) to generate qualified leads
Understand and communicate Volody's product value proposition to potential clients
Schedule product demos and meetings for Account Executives
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and events to drive engagement
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings
Qualifications:
2+ year experience in a sales or lead generation role (B2B SaaS or tech experience preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
A genuine interest in technology and innovation
