Location: Viman Nagar, Pune - 411028, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000 - ?40,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role



We are seeking a motivated

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join our growing team at

Quickensol IT Solutions

. This role is ideal for someone passionate about

technology sales, lead generation, and client engagement

. As an SDR, you will be the

frontline of our sales team

--identifying prospects, building relationships, and setting up qualified opportunities for our Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities



Research, identify, and generate new

sales-qualified leads

in domestic & international markets. Engage with potential clients via

calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels

. Qualify leads based on their requirements and business fit. Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development team. Work closely with marketing to convert inbound leads into opportunities. Maintain lead and pipeline data using

CRM tools

(HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce). Represent Quickensol IT Solutions at

events, webinars, and client interactions

. Consistently meet and exceed

monthly lead generation targets

. Stay updated with

IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Cloud, etc.)

and industry trends.

Requirements



MBA (Marketing) Freshers or candidates with

0-2 years experience

in Sales/BD/SDR roles. Excellent

English communication skills

(verbal & written). Strong understanding of

IT services / technology solutions

. Hands-on experience (or willingness to learn)

lead generation & prospecting tools

(LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.). Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejections. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.
