About the Role

We are seeking
energetic, confident, and ambitious freshers
to join our
Sales Development Team
.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through outbound communication channels.
The role involves:
Making calls to prospective customers.
Explaining Webomates' technical products and services.
Persuading them to schedule a demo with the Sales team.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and a willingness to work in US hours.
Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive
SDR training
and continuous assessment before assuming an independent SDR role.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
Engage decision-makers confidently and clearly to introduce our products and services.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions in CRM tools.
Participate in daily/weekly sales training and performance review sessions.
Continuously improve communication, persuasion, and product knowledge.
Required Skills & Attributes

Excellent spoken English:
Clear pronunciation, fluency, and confident conversation skills.
Camera & call friendly:
Comfortable interacting over video calls and live discussions.
Adaptability:
Willingness to work during US hours (evening/night IST).
Strong interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills.
Quick learner with enthusiasm to grow in a global B2B sales environment.
Goal-oriented and proactive attitude.
Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates (any discipline) are welcome.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales internships is a plus, but not mandatory.
Must have a
laptop/desktop
, stable internet connection, and a professional remote work setup.
