Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to support our sales team. You'll play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and contributing to the growth of our pipeline through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone
Research accounts and personalize outreach to decision-makers
Maintain lead records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging
Participate in training to improve objection handling, pitching, and sales techniques
Qualifications & Requirements
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using CRM platforms and modern sales tools
Self-driven, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
Interest in B2B tech, SaaS, or CRM industries
