The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is both a hunter-style outbound sales expert and the architect of our AI-powered sales engine.
You'll be responsible for generating interest and revenue across Biohack Yourself's media channels while also leading the development and deployment of our AI sales agent stack, in collaboration with our in-house AI agent developer.
This role combines direct client prospecting, automated workflow design, and junior agent team management. It's perfect for a sales professional who thrives at the intersection of communication, tech fluency, and scalable lead gen systems.
What You'll Do
Outbound Sales
Prospect 100-200 qualified leads/day across email, Instagram, LinkedIn, Loom, and other outbound channels
Conduct persuasive, high-converting Zoom discovery calls (camera on required)
Book meetings that convert for senior closers

AI Agent System Leadership
Design, manage, and iterate a multi-layered AI-powered SDR stack (GoHighLevel workflows, ChatGPT prompts, Phantombuster, Zapier/Make)
Collaborate with our internal AI agent developer to evolve autonomous outbound sequences
Own the sales-side automation process--from prompt logic to response capture to CRM updates
Build documented SOPs for junior SDRs or VAs using AI-assisted prospecting
Spearhead vertical-specific campaigns (e.g., supplement brands, device makers, clinics), delivering qualified leads to closers
Team Support & Expansion
Identify and guide junior SDRs or VAs as AI task runners
Document prospecting and follow-up sequences for scale
Ensure CRM and data pipelines are cleaned, optimized, and aligned with campaign objectives
Report on performance metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS, bounce rates, show rates)

Polished and persuasive on Zoom with camera on
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent preferred
Understands and applies DM prospecting strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
Has alreadyused GoHighLevel CRM and understands sequences, tagging, and workflows
Able to lead or delegate to junior SDRs or VAs (recruitment/training experience is a plus)
Can confidently represent Biohack Yourself Media's brand, mission, and values in both written and spoken outreach
Has examples of successful outbound campaigns combining sales and AI automation (requested during interview)

Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or ad/media sales
Track record booking and converting discovery calls
Fluent in outbound social selling via DMs and email
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong understanding of performance marketing (e.g., CAC, ROAS, funnel stages)
Hands-on builder of AI/automation sales stacks using tools like ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, Zapier/Make, Phantombuster
Has hired, mentored, or delegated to junior SDRs/VAs
Self-managed, metrics-driven, highly organized
Technical Requirements
Modern laptop/desktop (? 16 GB RAM, SSD, current-gen CPU or Apple silicon)
High-speed internet: ? 100 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up with backup hotspot
UPS or backup power solution for outages
Ability to run multiple browser profiles, Zoom HD, and AI tools simultaneously without lag

Success Metrics
100-200 qualified contacts/day with <5% bounce rate
? 70% Zoom show-up rate on booked calls
Launch at least one automated vertical pipeline within first 45 days
SOPs documented for AI-assisted junior SDR tasks by Day 60
Pipeline clean and current at all times
Consistent flow of qualified leads delivered to closers
