Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

with 3-4 years of proven experience in IT sales services. The SDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels. Understand client requirements and present HubOps' IT service offerings effectively. Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the Business Development team. Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect information. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and pipeline generation. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and competitors. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation strategies. Build long-term relationships with prospects to nurture them into potential customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 3-4 years of experience as an SDR, Lead Generation Specialist, or in IT Sales Services. Strong knowledge of SaaS, DaaS, Mobile App Development, Website Development, and AR/VR solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and turn conversations into qualified opportunities. Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
