Role Overview:

As an SDR at Incube, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your role is to generate qualified leads, nurture relationships, and book meetings for the sales team. This position is perfect for someone enthusiastic about technology, eager to learn sales, and motivated to help scale a growing SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients (startups, VCs, angel investors, and enterprises). Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Qualify leads based on pain points, use cases, and readiness to adopt automation. Educate prospects on Incube's AI solutions and value proposition. Set up discovery meetings/demos for the Account Executive or Founder. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track outreach activities. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and campaigns. Handle basic objections and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written, English is a must; additional languages are a plus). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport. Highly motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with rejection. Basic understanding of SaaS, startups, or automation tools (preferred, not mandatory). Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus but not required training will be provided.
