We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join our fully remote team. As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in B2B sales while working in a flexible and fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, chat, or phone. Start conversations, build interest, and identify qualified prospects. Understand and clearly communicate our services in marketing and talent acquisition. Pass warm leads to the internal team for follow-up and conversion. Keep accurate records of interactions using simple CRM or tracking tools. Collaborate with leadership to test outreach strategies and messaging. Follow up consistently and professionally to maintain interest and engagement.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Confidence in reaching out to new people and engaging in conversations. Organized and able to track multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously. Comfortable working remotely and independently. Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Gmail, WhatsApp, or other outreach tools. Positive, people-first attitude with a willingness to learn. Bachelor's degree or current student (preferred, not mandatory).

Nice to Have

Previous experience in lead generation, client outreach, business development, or recruitment. Understanding of marketing or talent acquisition services. Experience using CRMs or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

What We Offer:

Monthly stipend of

?5,000 - ?15,000 INR
