Role Overview -

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The sales executive will source new sales opportunities. Discovering qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. Basically responsible for End to End Sales. We are looking to hire smart and passionate folks with great communication skills & positive approach.

Responsibilities -



? Research and identify potential clients in the US geography.

? Create and maintain a database of leads, including contact information and specific details about their roofing needs.

? Use various lead generation techniques such as online research, cold calling, and networking to gather potential leads.

? Qualify leads by assessing their requirements, budget, and timeline.

? Develop and maintain a follow-up strategy to nurture leads overtime.

? Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.

? Track and report lead generation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.

? Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in lead generation.

? Strong knowledge of the Lead Generation and IT industry and its key players.

? Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Adept at conducting market research and competitive analysis.

Qualifications & Experience Required:



-A Bachelor's degree is required

-Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in cold-calling within the U.S. market.

-Relevant experience in the B2B or IT industry is essential.

-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
