We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

and

advertising solutions

, with hands-on experience managing the

full sales cycle

-- from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure. The candidate should also be open to

site visits

and client meetings to ensure successful relationship management and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and email campaigns. Manage the complete sales cycle: lead identification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their IT and advertising requirements. Conduct client meetings and site visits as needed to strengthen business relationships. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create customized business proposals and presentations. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales reports and records using CRM tools. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new IT/advertising technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4-6 years of proven experience in

sales or business development

in the

IT or advertising sector

. Strong understanding of

end-to-end B2B sales processes

. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, handle multiple clients, and meet deadlines. Must be willing to travel for site visits and client meetings. Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office tools.
