Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
Screen and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring that they align with our target customer profile.
Schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team, coordinating calendars and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle inbound and Outbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
Build strong relationships with prospects for repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with warm leads and conduct cold calls as required
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and Client-interactions in our CRM system.
Monitor individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes
Requirements:
Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with potential customers.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
