This is an on-site, full-time Senior Sales Development Representative + Appointment Setter role at Qualitas Global at Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
This Sales Development Representative (SDR) + Appointment Setter would be responsible for outbound sales outreach, prospecting & lead qualifying right from the initial stages of a sales pipeline, including finding & initiating contact with potential customers & educating them about our services.
This candidate will generate leads, interact with potential customers, nurture qualified leads, set appointments & help the CEO in closing the sale.
Understanding The Role:
Identifying & reaching out to relevant contact person as per the given industry.
Interacting & setting up appointments / meetings for the CEO with potential customers or vendors.
Creating & maintaining a relationship with the customer through emailers & phone calls.
Understanding customer's need & coming up with the right resolution.
Creating a pipeline and following up with timely reminders to the potential customers, vendors, investors & other startups where our CEO is a Angel Investor & advisor.
Managing the CEO's LinkedIn, Emails, Laptop & other personal stuff.
Non-negotiable Skills:
Creative candidate from diverse background, Expats students (preferably from Europe or USA), who understand global culture & knows how to talk with Western customers.
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Smart, intelligent female candidate with excellent communication skills including e-mail writing skills, impeccable grammar, presentation, persuasion & negotiation skills required for interacting with global customers & the ability to communicate effectively & remain calm & courteous under pressure.
Excellent research skills on Google, LinkedIn & other similar channels. Should be able to organize a data baseof potential customer's contacts with their updated profile for effective communication.
Trainable & eager to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, most importantly advanced Excel skills.

Job Timings:
Full Time Monday to Friday - Global Time zones as needed as per campaigns + 2nd & 4th Saturdays.
