We're looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our India team. You'll play a critical role in the top-of-funnel sales process by generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
+ Research, identify, and reach out to potential leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
+ Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential fit based on predefined criteria.
+ Set up discovery meetings for Account Executives and help build a strong pipeline.
+ Use CRM tools to track activity, update lead information, and maintain accurate records.
+ Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and follow-up efforts.
+ Gather market intelligence and prospect feedback to improve outreach strategies.
+ Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and outreach activity.
Qualifications:
+ 1-3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
+ Self-starter attitude with a high level of ownership and accountability.
+ Familiarity with the Indian B2B market is a plus.
