As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for managing/assisting in day-to-day Business Development activities such as generating leads, cold calling, database creation, proposal writing, assisting EyeROV's operations team liaising with the client and increase EyeROV's visibility in social media and in national/international conferences, exhibitions, seminars, etc
Primary Roles :
Sales:
To research and create a database of Leads/prospective clients
Cold Calls & Mails to Prospective Clients for Qualification
Regular follow-ups and Requirement Validations from Leads
Understand the client's requirements and prepare the techno- commercial proposal
Tender Document Preparations and submissions
Be company's representative and "Single Point of Contact" for certain business areas inclusive of Business Development and Promotional events like presentations, client mailings and articles in trade journals, organize and attend relevant Trade Shows /Exhibitions, Fairs etc
Post Sales Follow-ups on work completion certificates and payments
Marketing:
Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including Blog posts, Social media marketing to increase EyeROV visibility and client traffic
Responsible for the preparation of the Monthly Newsletter, E-Mail/WhatsApp Campaigns for product awareness
Technical Blogs w.r.t to product to increase the inbound leads
Creating product videos and presentations for marketing.
Secondary Roles :
Identification of future key projects and contractor/alliance requirements.
Visit to nearby client locations for Presentations and Tenders
Assisting in planning and execution of the projects/sales won
Study on Competitors and keeping track of their activities
