Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
Manage the complete sales cycle including pitching, negotiation, and closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets independently
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams for proposal execution
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline updates, and reports
Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and outbound efforts
Understand client requirements and map them to company services
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3+ years of proven experience
in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Strong sales closure and negotiation skills
Experience in service-based industries (advertising, marketing, IT, or creative agencies preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
