The Tele-Sales Executive is responsible for calling potential customers, educating them about real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits. The role focuses on handling inquiries, follow-ups, and converting interested prospects into confirmed appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential buyers from the lead database.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and features clearly.
Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and urgency.
Schedule site visits and ensure the sales team receives complete lead information.
Follow up regularly with warm and interested leads.
Maintain call logs, lead status, and reports in CRM.
Meet daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
Required Skills
Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of real estate (training can be provided).
Ability to convince, handle objections, and engage customers.
Good follow-up discipline and time management.
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, email).
Qualifications
Any graduate or 12th pass with good communication.
Experience in tele-sales, real estate, insurance, or call centers preferred.
Freshers with confidence may apply.
