About the Role
We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to fuel our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll contribute to building our sales pipeline and expanding REPAC's client base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients across target industries
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the senior sales team
Maintain and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked
Collaborate with marketing on campaign strategies and content for lead generation
Manage and update CRM system with accurate prospect information and activity tracking
Stay informed about REPAC's service offerings, case studies, and industry trends
Provide feedback to leadership on market insights, competitor activities, and prospect objections
What We're Looking For
Required:
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SDR role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executives
Strong phone presence and experience making high-volume cold calls
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and resilience in handling rejection
Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex service offerings
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
