Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential customers, and setting appointments for our project consultants. This role is critical in driving new business and expanding our footprint in the home construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential clients in our CRM system.
Schedule consultations or sales meetings for senior sales representatives.
Collaborate with the marketing and construction teams to understand offerings and project value.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and conversion goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) a plus.
Knowledge or interest in the home construction or real estate industry is an asset.
